27 Days till Maui!

Our Family in Kihei

Off to Maui in 27 days yeah! Winter has been quite mild in Oregon and this week has been down right nice but it's no Maui. Looking forward to sun, relaxation, snorkeling and getting away from our hectic routine. This is our family in Kihei last January, as you can see Mady was just a little itie baby then , now she is almost 24 pounds and taken her first few steps. We are staying at the same place as last time we were in Maui in Kihei. It is a great location for young children with a protected beach nearby and grass out in front that is perfect for running around all day when you are a little one . . ..

New Camera

Around the House

Emily really spoiled me for Christmas this year and got me a Sony DSLR-A390. I haven't had too many opportunities to use it yet. We went out to Cannon Beach last weekend but I forgot my batter charger and the battery was almost dead so we only we are able to get about 20 shots in of the beach. I am looking forward to having a real zoom lens and to be able to greatly expand my ability to get creative with my photography. I am really looking forward to breaking it out in Maui next month!

Oregon vs Duke

Oregon vs Duke

Too much has changed. Wow what a whirlwind since I posted last. The Ducks go 12-0 and then lose a heart-breaker in the BCS title game. We said goodbye to Mac Court and hello to Matt Court and well life for me continued at a breakneck pace. The girls are getting bigger, we looked at about 300 houses and then finally found one that worked for our unique family situation and my office moved from the burbs to downtown Portland. Looking forward to going back to Maui in a month. Here is a shot from the Oregon-Duke game at the Rose Garden. It was all downhill from here for Oregon , it was certainly a pleasure to see a team of Duke's caliber play live . . .
