Oregon State, for the first time under Riley, came out flat on both sides of the ball in a bowl game and the result was a bad loss for the Pac 10 in Las Vegas. With the chances being high that UCLA, Cal and USC could also lack motivation the Pac 10 could end up having a fairly poor bowl record this year. Stanford without Luck may be facing too much talent to deal with in their match-up versus Oklahoma as well. Merry Christmas to all!

Not looking good for me to get down to the Rose Bowl - hopefully we make it back soon and maybe the whole family can drive down. I am 3-0 in picking bowls so far this year and have Oregon State tonight. Go Beavs as I want the Pac 10 to go undefeated again in bowl season this year.
